APPOINTMENTS

Services and treatments are available by APPOINTMENT ONLY. A deposit of $50 is required for facials/acupressure, meanwhile, other injections/treatments would require a deposit of $100. Late cancellation and no show fees apply for all appointments. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms or other paperwork. If you are running late, as a courtesy, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other clients' appointments. We will do our best to accommodate requests for a particular provider. However, if your requested provider is not available during the time/day you requested we ask for your cooperation in allowing us to serve you with another provider. Follow up appointments are made in the best interest of the patient and the office. Should you state that you do not want a follow up appointment, we leave the patient responsible in informing our office should any concerns or complications arise.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Petit Medispa has a 72 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us a 72 hour notice so we can make the time available for other clients. There are no exceptions. We accept notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments via phone or text.

 

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable $50 and/or $100 deposit. All packages (including laser packages, microneedling, and facials); an unused treatment will be forfeited for the late cancel or no show appointment.  

 

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS

Payments must be paid in full unless discussed and agreed upon by a service provider at Petit Medispa. There is no refund for any purchases however store credit can be granted.
